Enshin Karate Belt Testing at Enshinkai Martial Arts and Fitness

Enshinkai Martial Arts & Fitness teaches karate and pilates classes. We will be holding our Enshin karate belt testing in August. If you've never heard of Enshin karate, now is a great time to check us out! In short, we're a mix between Kickboxing and Judo, so in addition to the usual punches and kicks, we add throws. We train full-contact, but we train safely, with appropriate protective gear.
