The purpose of the APNBA’s annual conference is to provide educational and networking opportunities for Portland’s small and microbusiness communities. This conference will have two tracks: one for Business District Development and one for their prospective member businesses. The two groups will have an opportunity to intersect and network during the continental breakfast, lunch and at the closing.
